    What is in the box?

    Each monthly box contains 2 cans of 3 different styles, in a total of 6 cans per package, plus a booklet with information about the selections. We select a different brewery every month.

    Billing and Payment Methods

    For subscriptions, recurring payments will be automatically charged every month to your preferred method of payment, and accordingly to the value of your monthly plan. We accept Direct Debit (SEPA), Paypal and Credit Cards. All purchases are transacted through Hop In The Box, which is the name that will show up on your credit card or bank statement.

    Shipping & Delivery

    We ship everywhere in the Netherlands. The box is shipped out every month after confirmation that payment has been received from your payment provider. You can expect to receive your box within 2 to 4 days (after payment confirmation) at the address specified upon your subscription. The delivery address can be changed at any time at the member portal.

    Skipping a month

    Going on holidays? You can skip a month whenever you want. All you have to do is send an email to hello@hopinthebox.nl and make the request no later than 48hours before your shipping (payment) date. We will suspend the billing for the skipping month and your subscription renewal date will be postponed for a month.

    Cancellation

    Canceling your subscription is easy and can be done at anytime. You can do that by accessing your personal account at the Member Portal or by sending a request to hello@hopinthebox.nl. We don't charge any cancellation fee.

    Re-Ordering Beers

    If you want to re-order some beers you liked, please send us an email, and we will be glad to send you some more as long as we have them in stock

    Returns

    Damaged products: Our packing rarely allows for a broken bottle. However, now and then due to shipping or weather, bottles do arrive damaged. Should your shipment arrive in pieces, please email the beer’s details and a photo of the broken bottle to hello@hopinthebox.nl within 30 days of receiving your shipment, we will happily work out a solution with you.

    Dislike your beer?

    We choose beers that are both unique and interesting. While these beers have all been expertly selected, because everyone’s palate is different, you may receive a bottle you did not like. In that case, we ask that you keep an open mind, welcome new experiences and expand your palate!

GEBRUIKERSVOORWAARDEN & PRIVACYBELEID

LEVERING
Wij verzenden uw bierbox per koerier tot 48 uur na de betalingsbevestiging, tenzij anders vermeld. Uw verzending wordt binnen 1-5 werkdagen geleverd.

PRIJSSTELLING
Een maandabonnement kost €29,50 en bevat 8 stuks (4 verschillende bieren, 2 stuks van elk bier), inclusief verzendkosten en BTW.

ACTIES/AANBIEDINGEN
Alle aanbiedingen, tenzij ander vermeld, zijn bedoeld voor eenmalig gebruik en niet geldig in combinatie met andere acties/aanbiedingen.

TERUGBETALING
Indien u een kapot product heeft ontvangen, hebt u recht op volledige terugbetaling. Neem in dit geval contact op met onze klantenservice via hello@hopinthebox.nl.

RETOUREN
Omwille van logistieke redenen accepteert Hop In The Box geen retouren, tenzij buitengewone omstandigheden van toepassing zijn.

ANNULERING
Het bedrag voor het door u gekozen abonnement wordt in zijn geheel in rekening gebracht na aanmelding bij Hop In The Box, tenzij anders vermeld. Wilt u uw lidmaatschap opzeggen? Wijzig dan uw gegevens via uw persoonlijke login.

LEEFTIJDSGRENS
Om een abonnement af te sluiten dient u 18 jaar of ouder te zijn.

PRIVACYBELEID
Wij waarborgen de privacy van alle websitegebruikers en behandelen persoonsgegevens vertrouwenlijk. Hop In The Box maakt gebruik van coockies om informatie te verzamelen en daarmee de service te verbeteren. Als u zich registreert bij Hop In The Box geeft u hiervoor uw toestemming. Wij verzamelen alle gegevens op rechtmatige wijze in overeenstemming met de Data Protection Rules.
